Shipping to Japan

Standard shipping to Japan is free. Items ship directly from our overseas partners and warehouses. Items in the same order may arrive in separate packages.

Dispatch and delivery

Orders normally dispatch within 2–5 business days after payment confirmation. Estimated transit time is 7–20 business days after dispatch, and delivery is normally within 25 business days after payment confirmation. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays. Actual arrival may vary with the item, destination and customs processing.

If we learn of an out-of-stock item or a significant delay, we will contact you and offer cancellation and a refund if you prefer. When a tracking number is issued, we will include it in the dispatch notice.

Import charges

Because items ship from overseas, Japanese customs or the carrier may charge import duty, import consumption tax or customs handling fees. These charges are separate from free shipping and are your responsibility if charged. The amount depends on the item, declared value and shipping method, so we cannot confirm it at checkout.
